San Diego is already an extremely popular destination for conferences because of the minimal effort needed to find a place to stay. You can take advantage of

the many opportunities in California without paying as much as you would in Los Angeles.

4. Austin, Texas

5. Irving, Texas

Not only is Irving Texas inexpensive, but it has the lowest crime rate out of every city on this list. Irving would be a comfortable stay as well as an extremely affordable one.

6. Columbus, Ohio
